Great experience. Anthony and his team helped us coordinate our home tenant's move out, handyman to fix minor issues before listing after getting multiple bids, and a first class home staging. We had a close to full ask offer only 2 hours after staging was completed, well before the property officially hit the market. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the greater Austin area.

As first time home buyers my husband and I were very fresh to the complex experience of buying a home. I appreciated Kyle's help in looking at houses and how to make them ours, as it can be really challenging to see yourself in someone else's home after looking at a ton of different options to try and figure out what is best for you. Even with feeling like I asked a ton of questions along the way, it's really difficult to navigate all of the options on closing costs, and how money is exchanged and when/who is it owed to, when you are exhausted with the last part of the process through the end. We are more informed now however would still encourage any first time buyers to ensure they do their own research and talk to friends/other resources as well so that no opportunities to negotiate items during the sale that would benefit us over the seller (lease back terms, appliance upgrades, general home improvements, etc) are missed. We had a couple things we now know we could negotiate upfront that would have allowed us not to pay more cash out of pocket after a large down payment, moving costs, etc. that would've made the end process more pleasant! Overall tho this is a great team and we love our new home!
