About Erica
I grew up in Midland, Texas, spent time in San Marcos, and eventually found my way to Austin through an internship with SXSW. That experience confirmed what I already knew about myself: I love live music, I love logistics, and I love being in the middle of something that brings people together. Real estate found me when a local agent recognized my skills and recruited me into the business. Six years later, I can say this is exactly where I belong. I get to combine my love for connecting with people, solving problems, and helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Every day is different, and every client teaches me something new.

Midland roots, Austin heart. I came here for an internship with SXSW and never looked back. Most weekends you'll find me at a live show, exploring a new spot in town, or spending time with family and close friends. Music, travel, and sports keep me grounded, and I bring that same energy and curiosity to everything I do.
If I weren't in real estate, I'd be a tour manager. I love the logistics of keeping things moving, the energy of live music, and the adventure of seeing new places. That combination of planning, people, and spontaneity is basically what I bring to every deal.
