About Evan
I was born in Austin, raised in McKinney, and have also spent time in Dallas and Northern California. I came back to Austin for new opportunities and to be closer to family. Real estate started as something I was curious about trying, and nearly three years in, it has become a career I genuinely enjoy. What drives me is helping people through one of the biggest milestones of their lives, whether that is buying a first home, finding the right rental, or managing a property. I work across residential sales, leasing, and property management, and I bring the same energy to every client: easygoing, honest, and ready to go the extra mile.

I love being outside, just like everyone else in Austin. You will find me at the lake paddleboarding, running trails, or shooting hoops at Pease Park. When I am not doing that, I am usually trying a new restaurant around the city, because there is always something worth checking out. Family and friends keep me grounded, and they are the reason I bring my best every day.

If you own a property and want to rent it out, I handle the full process. I come out, take professional photos, add a virtual tour, list it on the MLS, and work to find the right tenant quickly. One of my clients in the Mueller area had a tenant within a week. I also help landlords who need to lease out one property while searching for another at the same time. The goal is to make it smooth and stress-free, even on a tight timeline.
