About Kyle

I grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, then spent the last two years of high school playing hockey in Cincinnati. After that, I lived in Chandler, Arizona and Escazu, Costa Rica before landing in Austin. I came here to be closer to family and fell in love with the way this city blends hill country and urban energy into something that just works. Before real estate, I was a stay-at-home dad for nearly a decade, raising three daughters. When I was ready to get back to work, I needed something with a flexible schedule that let me keep showing up for my family. Real estate checked every box, and once I got into it, I realized I'd found the thing I was built for: connecting with people, solving problems, and learning something new every single day. I've been licensed since September 2016 and haven't looked back.

Austin kid by choice, not by birth. I grew up in New Mexico, bounced around from Cincinnati to Arizona to Costa Rica, and finally landed here. Most days you'll find me at the gym, playing cards with friends, or out on the golf course. My wife Katie and I have three daughters: Kenz, Kenley, and Regan. We spend a lot of time exploring Austin together, and this city keeps finding ways to surprise us.

Fun fact: in middle school, I did rodeo clown skits with the bullfighters before the bull riding events. It's probably where I picked up the habit of keeping things light, even when the stakes are high.
