Hey there, I’m Rafael! My journey has been a colorful tapestry of experiences, but through it all, I’ve held onto my granddad's advice, “Como el Avion, Siempre Adelante,” living life like an airplane, always moving forward.

Back in grade school, I learned the ropes of leadership at a military academy. By 15, I was guiding 200 others, discovering the joy in teaching self-sufficiency and uplifting my peers. I’ve been addicted to seeing potential in people and things ever since.

Post-graduation from Kansas State, with degrees in Business and Spanish, I landed in Los Angeles, delving into Hospitality Sales. I led sales teams, structured historic deals, and even ran my vintage furniture store, Relic House, reimagining and repurposing unique pieces.

Then came the turn of becoming a dad to three amazing kids, and thoughts of family life led me to the vibrant energy of Austin. Here, I multiplied growth in prominent Austin venues, using my hospitality expertise, before tying all my experiences together in the world of real estate.
