I grew up in Houston, spent time in Galveston, and eventually found my way to Austin when I opened a staffing company franchise in 1996. A few years later, I realized what I truly wanted was more connection with people, to be part of one of the biggest days of their lives. On July 31, 2002, I started my career in real estate, and more than two decades later, I’m still passionate about helping buyers and sellers navigate this milestone with confidence and clarity.
What past clients notice first is patience. I’m a steady hand, a calm guide, and I take the time to truly understand what my clients want and need. I’m not interested in pushing someone into a decision just to close a deal, I believe in doing what’s right, even if that means slowing down until the timing and the move are exactly right.
How I Work for Sellers
I approach real estate with “cautious optimism.” For me, the most important step is building a relationship at the start, because when I really know what matters to you, I can guide the process in a way that feels less stressful and more rewarding. I’m a hand-holder with plenty of patience, and I take pride in educating clients so they understand not just the transaction, but the significance of the investment they’re making.
What You Can Expect
Calm. Patient. Educational. That’s the way I show up. My clients often say I bring a sense of ease and understanding to what can otherwise feel overwhelming. They trust that I’m there to advocate for them and to make sure every decision feels right.
Away from real estate, I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie. whether it’s surfing, skydiving, snowboarding, or just being out on the water. I also have a passion for photography and a good eye for capturing the right shot. And if you ask about childhood dreams, I once thought I’d be a weatherman! Today, what grounds me most is my family, who inspire me every day to keep perspective and stay grateful.
My philosophy: Do what’s right, regardless of the circumstances.
