Hey there! I’m Matt Cordova, a guy with big dreams and passions that have led me on quite the journey, especially since I decided to make Austin my home over 15 years ago – and man, there’s no place I’d rather be!
My adventure started at the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin, where I dived into Management and Marketing, and yes, I worked hard and graduated Summa Cum Laude! But life’s not all about the grades, right?
I’m a proud dad to three rescue pups and two African Sulcata Tortoises – and yeah, I once dreamed of being a zoologist! My big buddy, Topo Chico, a 185-pound tortoise, and I spend quite some time together, and I also help out at Austin Pets Alive!
When the business suit comes off, I’m all about the adventure and sports, whether that’s catching waves, snowboarding, fishing, or playing golf – I’m there! And as a former multi-sport athlete, my love for sports, especially for my Texas Longhorns, is as strong as ever – Hook ‘em!

Matt listened patiently and started with an initial list of homes, each with a feature I wanted. We then discussed the pros and cons of each, which helped narrow down my search field considerably. Based on these data points, Matt found the perfect property with everything I looked for, and we put an offer in. The closing process was smooth and painless. Matt's a fantastic communicator; I don't recall a message left unanswered for more than a few hours. During the closing, we also had several other variables, including dealing with new construction and starting interior designing early. Matt made the entire process painless for me. Through a brief conversation, I noticed Matt was the type of realtors I was looking for. He is just like me, a number guy and very analytical. This made us "a good team" on home buying, and eventually made me go thought the whole process smoothly. Matt was very good at listening client's specific requirements and expectations about his/her home. He took a lot of notes and he surprised me how great memory he got. Later, for each house I was interested in, he could evaluate its pros and cons based on my specific requirements and gave me his professional insights and suggestions, which I really appreciated. This was very helpful for me to gradually decide my house candidates. Moreover, Matt is also very resourceful and always answered my questions promptly. This alleviated a lot of my pressure since I was a first-timer. Additionally, Matt was patient when he took me to the house tours.
